When you arrive you will need to present your valid government issued identification. Non-Residents may purchase Long Guns / Shotguns, but you must be a North Carolina Resident to purchase any other firearms in store. Non-Residents can opt to have a firearm shipped to their home state for transfer. All Firearms must be picked up in person at a licensed FFL location. You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and shotguns, and you must be 21 or older to purchase handguns. No pistol purchase permits are required as of 3/29/2023. For those without a Valid NC Concealed carry a FBI NICS check must be completed successfully.
